The in barn show is open to only Way Farm students. We look forward to you all showing this year.
You all have been working very hard in your lessons.
The Empire Series (ESRAS Empire State Riding Academy Series) is a series of shows open to all lesson
students from our barn and other surrounding barns. You must compete in at least two of the shows.
Participate in all four shows, join a team, and gain points and work towards awards such as jackets
and other things at the end of the series. A team consists of riders from other barns and yourself.
There is also a really fun banquet at the end of the series. The cost of each show is $50 for trucking
and use of the horse, $30 Trainer fee, and $15 per class. Payment of trucking and trainer fee due at
sign up (3 weeks in advance) to avoid horse conflict and guarantee horse of choice. So sign up early
with your trainer to reserve your horse!
The NWNY (Northwestern New York) series is held on the same weekend as the Empires, but on Sunday.
The series is open to all students at Way Farm and surrounding barns who have a little more
experience with showing outside of the barn. The cost is $50 trucking, $40 lease of the horse,
$50 Trainer fee, $15 per class and EMT fee. Also there is a small charge if your horse is in a
stall for the day. Payment of trucking, lease and trainer fee to be paid in advance (3 weeks).
